New Certification Courses Coming Soon! New Friedman Professional Certification Programs are being launched this spring to provide you with Friedman trained and certified Salespeople, Managers, District Managers, and more. Learn how your employees can become Friedman Certified, the ultimate level of retail professionalism. This unique system for creating the ideal staff will soon become the gold standard in retail for stores of all industries, wanting to develop a sales organization that continually achieves or surpasses its sales goals. Individuals personally interested in advancing their careers in the retail industry can learn how becoming a Friedman Certified Sales or Management Professional will open the door to a very lucrative and productive career in retail. Registration for spring courses will begin soon for: Certified Retail Sales Professional Certified Retail Store Manager Certified Retail District Manager Two-Phased Online Certification Option Your staff can become Certified Retail Professionals in Sales, Store Management or District Management through two options. Completing the full course in residency at the Friedman Center, or by utilizing our two-phased option that incorporates on-line training. Each option has the same core structure. Individuals complete either the full program on-site at the Friedman Center for Sales & Management, or complete the academic portion of the learning program via online courses (phase one), and then visit the Center to complete final exams and the certification check-out process (phase two). A third option for online course completion without certification is also available, for those unable to travel to the Center for final exams and check-out. For those stores with a large number of employees completing the certification program at one time, we can also bring the entire program to your site. Other Retail Courses In addition to the launch of our certification programs we will also be offering a wide array of retail programs geared towards enhancing and rounding out the skill sets of the true retail professional.
